Help Advice please N-power Bill !!!

Hi,
i was with Npower a couple of year then around oct they put my bill for gas & elec from £70 to £150 per month! When i phoned they said i basically want paying enough , new charges etc.
Needless to say 5 month later i changed supplier as £150 is hefty !
I hjad my final bill in for electric for N Power they are saying i OWE £375 ! the gas is on its way.
I have phoned and am sick of speaking to them to say this os Wrong.
I agree i wasnt paying enough but not my fault thiers but when i did pay £150 x 5 month then any money i did owe was cleared.
I have gone through all statements working out pence per KW etc and allowing price hikes and they ARE wrong.Trying to tell them is an absolute nightmare.
They sent me a letter today saying they are going to pass this Debt on to a collection agancy!.I was fuming i told them they are apparently suppose to be looking into this and all my statements and checking it all out.This has been going on since march.
I have wrote to them , lost count of calls so basically who can i write to to sort this out .Its like banging my head on a brick wall.
Incidently i had a high up electrical inspector go through all my gas & Electric statements and they are Wrong .
Im worried that they are going to blacken my name even though they are at fault - i just cant get it through to them.

If they are wrong then you can make a complaint to energywatch. You said you have gone through the statements, etc and have worked it out, in what way are they wrong?0

Are Energy watch some kind of Governing body?.The problem is they are not listening to us and in the meantime are threatening to hand this to a debt collection agency in 10 days.
I dont want to pay as i know they are wrong and i will have to fight for the money back0 -

Many thanks ive reported complaint to then they have emailed me with a reference number - so fingers crossed i get somewhere0
