DAB Radio Sudden Loss of Stations?

At work I have a DAB radio that gets me through the day (I'm on my own in my office a lot). I work at a weighbridge, so large vehicles are constantly driving past my window, and sometimes one might obscure the signal for a little while, however it usually rights itself.
Yesterday the signal got obscured, but it didn't right itself. This morning it was only picking up stations available on FM so I did a factory reset, however a lot of the stations I regularly listen to now aren't showing up (mainly XFM and NME). I've searched the web for a solution but can't find anything helpful and I'm really hoping someone on here may be able to help.
I don't know if this is relevant at all but I work in Bath.
