You just ask a friend or neighbour to witness you sign the form. They sign their name, print their name and address (and occupation if asked for) in the space provided.

There's a place for you to sign.

You should sign this when someone who knows you is also present so that they can see you actually do it. They then sign in the space for the witness and give their details - name and address, I think.

    Thank you,

I was confused, this is what my solicitor wrote

"Please find enclosed a Transfer form TR1 for you to execute in front of a witness. Please execute this but do not sign the form."

So I was wondering what does execute mean if he says do it but not sign it.

    Thanks for help

That doesn't make sense, I see why you are confused. I think it must be a mistake. Maybe it should say but do not alter. You will have to ring your solicitor. I have signed one of these myself recently.
