Transfer auto loan to an Introductory CC

I want to transfer my auto loan to one of these introductory cc offers with no interest for so many months and no fees, but the ones I found seem to only allow you to transfer another cc balance, NOT a loan. Is there anyone who knows of a cc that will allow this type of balance transfer or if there's some other way to accomplish this 0% interest? Thanks.
