Praise - Diamond car insurance customer service

I don't often feel the urge to praise customer service departments (well, never tbh 
), but after a phonecall with Diamond this evening I just wanted to praise them for their wonderful customer service. I've been with them for 4 years now, and have called them a handful of times over the years for various reasons, and they're always so friendly and helpful. When I query things (e.g. renewal quotes), they really go the extra mile to help me, and there's never any pressure put on me to stay with them or sign up to things I don't need. I never get that feeling of dread that I normally get when I have to phone a company - they're honestly the best customer service department i've ever dealt with.
