Collect+ "parcels made easy"

I'm waiting for a package sent via Collect+.
Apparently they have already tried 3 times to deliver but did not bother to leave anything like a card to say they have tried to deliver.
Their website seems to be set up for people sending packages not receiving them as without an account the only way of contacting them is via a form which can take 2 working days for a reply.
What are my options?

Yodel are the company delivering your parcel. Try ringing your local Yodel depot. Their numbers can often be found under either Yodel or HDNL on saynoto08700

Surely not. So many people on this board recommend them.

They won't talk to you without the YODEL reference - but they don't leave a card so I can't get a reference.Obviously_the_best wrote: »Yodel are the company delivering your parcel. Try ringing your local Yodel depot.
The sender has tried to get them to change the delivery address but nothing seems to have happened.
How the hell do delivery companies ever succeed in delivering packages to flats. At least the Post Office & Parcel Force do take it to a local collection point and do leave (or send) a card.0 -
