Pallet of Next Directory Catalogues

A pallet containing about 100 new 2013 Next Directories has been placed on a pavement near my house. The catalogues were all neatly bound and shrink wrapped at first but been there 3 days now and have got wet and had dogs weeing on them, and kids have opened some of the shrink wrapping.
I know Next charge for these catalogues - is it worth contacting them as they were obviously intended for a distributor? Or just get the council to remove them as fly tipping?

I would contact Next head office and let them know otherwise they could be fined for fly tipping even though It wasn't them that left them thereTreat other's how you like to be treated.

Just looked at their contact page but there's no category for this problem on the online contact form. I might ring them0

Eh, I wouldn't be surprised if Next did b****r-all about it, and I think contacting them could be a waste of time. So what if they get fined? I'd report to the council. Frankly, even though they didn't dump the catalogues themselves, I'd say they are responsible for the fly-tipping. They should make sure they use reliable delivery companies.NSD May 1/150

Although straight away after posting that, I've just realised that the council shouldn't really have to pay for the clean-up, so I do see an argument for letting Next know. Still suspect it could be a waste of your time.NSD May 1/150

If someone isn't distributing the catalogues, I think they'll be interested. This is the number for their head office:
0844 844 8777 (it says on the website)
It least you'll have told them then. You can't guess whether they'll be interested or not really.
