Peterborough passport office phone number

I know a lot of people when applying for passports can not find a direct number for the Peterborough passport office. luckily i got given it today as i am also having a delay in my sons application

that is not the direct number, the 0300 will get you through to a team which can try the peterborough number once if the number is engaged you have to ring back again. the number i have posted is one given by the direct office.

That's a number which has officially been superseded and was intended for callbacks which had been requested by the Passport Office -- though some incompetents there are still giving it out.
