RSA E-Choice Warning

Be very careful before purchasing any insurance through RSA E-Choice, there are plenty of reviews on here about the way they will debit your account without authorisation and their premium rate line to sort any problems out, I wanted to tell of my experience actually having to make a claim through them.
I have had poor and shoddy service from day one. Even the garages they use have tried to rip me off to pay for extra non-required work when my car was sent off to them.
I got a full statement of events, photos and even supporting information from the local council and police as the driver that hit me was using a bus lane that is in operation 24 hours a day. I got this document to them 2 days of the incident, I then took them 3 months to simply forward this to the other insurance firm (after lots of false information being told to me every time I called them!). On the initial 3 or 4 phone calls I went through the same handful of excuse about not receiving the pdf, having lost it or only part of it coming through on e-mail each time before finally admitting each time to having received it then playing dump on the next process.
They now have information from the other insurance firm admitting using the bus lane but will not do anything about this road traffic violation, they are just happy to let things drag on and on. I have struggled to get this statement out of them so I can even follow this up.
Do not bother trying to contact them through e-mails, you get a confirmation e-mail then they ignore any questions you have asked.
All I have got out of E-choice is being added to every claim firm and PPI claims data base, so now it get at least 3 calls a week every week! Thanks E-Choice, it is true you get what you pay for, so do not trust the lowest priced care insurance quotations. I could not recommend them to anyone.
