Dont hold your breath on that one runiu...I satisfied IVA last June and have just recieved my certificate...until you get that and at least three months after once its satisfied on the insolvency register you may be able to get finance for a car but it will be high interest rate. I just had serious issues getting a decent car insurance deal with monthly payments. Good luck though!!!0

Went to Cargiant and got accpeted. Credit limit 5k but the apr is something about 35%...0 -

Good to know these things are possible, I received my certificate last week, thought I would be waiting a year or 2 before upgrading my car, although at that rate might be worth waiting until I really have no choice :think:0 -
