  • .jpg files are image files as you are no doubt aware. You should be able to view the file by double-clicking on it in Outlook Express, and print it from there if memory serves.

    However, some malware/virus files masquerade as "innocent" file types in an attempt to trick recipients into opening them. It is therefore wise to save out the file (say to the Desktop) and scan it for viruses before opening. This includes attachments from people known to you.
