Just go to the relevant tweet (it's usually linked direct from here). At the bottom you should see 4 options:
Just click on "retweet" and that gives you a pop-up where you can "retweet" or "cancel".
You need to make sure you're following too - "Follow" button is at the top right of every tweet, or you can see you've already done that because it says "following".0
