Asking for a friend who is after a new (never applied for one) Virgin Credit Card. Is there any difference in the acceptance level between the two cards?

Are you talking about the Virgin Atlantic Credit Card rather than just Virgin Money?
TBH, no actual insider knowledge but looking at the benefits and the fact the black has a fair old fee I would suspect that there is not a significant difference in difficulty to get them.0 -
Keep us posted on which card your friend chose and the acceptance level. I'm looking to apply for the Black Card myself. The higher rate of rewards compared to the white cards justifies the £140 annual fee... you do have to mainly use the AMEX card to reap the benefits though.0

Just a quick update my friend has today received the Black Card and with a hefty limit compared to their other cards. Even with the fee it is still worth it for them due to the amount they will put through the card in expenses:j0

What was the limit they got?0

Just over 6K and they will probably put 2-3K a month through it:)0
