how to dispose of washing detergent we don't need

hi there,

i was wondering if anyone has any ideas how to dispose of a few bottles of detergent that we don't need? was thinking of the most eco friendly way

    If they are unopened, you could donate them to a local homelessness shelter or similar.

    Use it for cleaning the bath/sink/toilet

    How can you not need detergent? It doesn't go off.
    A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.
  • I used to live in a busy street in the middle of a city. I needed to get rid of a stainless steel sink. I went outside and leant it up against the wall, and then went back in again to find a sheet of paper and pen in order to write "Free, please take me" on it to tape to the sink. I did that, went outside again to stick it on ... and it had gone.
    Getting rid of stuff isn't so hard :D

    You could, of course, pour it down the drain - which is where it would end up if you actually used it.....
