123 debt solutions friend or foe?!

Please can someone help me?!
I had a very long chat with an advisor from this company, he seemed very helpful with regards to entering into an IVA. I did not provide any bank details or debit card numbers but they have sent me a pack via post which lists all the details we had discussed. However, since then I have seen so many bad reviews I am reluctant to sign with them and want to source an alternative company for help.
My main question is do I need to cancel anything formerly with 123 even though they do not have any bank details?
If anyone has any info, I really would appreciate it!

This firm ? http://www.123debtsolutions.co.uk/iva.htm
First things first ,
1) Do you HAVE to go into an IVA as it will cost you.
2) Have you tried a DMP first , using free providers like Stepchange, http://www.stepchange.org/ , Payplan http://www.payplan.com or Christians Against Poverty ? https://capuk.org/
3) Did they contact you , or were you referred to them, or did you just find them on the internet ? - however you found them , I would suggest you try one (or all) of the above free ones and exploring all options before committing to an IVA.
Good luck !.0 -
dont use this company .. they are more trouble than its worth... just look at the reviews on internet... a lot of dodgy comments ... go to cccs or a free charity offering same services;).0
