1. To enter the prize draw entrants must enter their name and email address via the online registration page from the Viking website before 31st March 2013. No entries for the draw will be accepted after this date. No purchase is required to enter this prize draw.
2. One winner will be drawn from entries received between midnight (GMT) 1st March 2013 and midnight (GMT) 31st March 2013. The first valid entry drawn at random will be the winner.
3. This prize draw is open to UK residents (excluding residents of Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over only and excludes employees (and their families) of Office Depot International (UK) Limited (which also excludes employees of Office Depot International (UK) Limited and its parent and subsidiary companies from participating) its agencies or any other company or person professionally connected with the promotion. Only one entry is permitted. Automated entries will be invalidated, including multiple entries from the same IP range.
4. Use of false names or addresses, e.g. a name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize. Office Depot International (UK) Ltd reserves the right to oblige any potential winner to provide documentary proof of their identity and address as directed by Office Depot International (UK) Ltd before such person may claim their prize.
5. All information on our website and in our catalogues form part of the terms and conditions. By entering the draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
6. The prize consists of one of either:
(i) 1 Million Nectar points worth £5,000; or
(ii) Samsung Prize Bundle worth £3,000;or
(iii) Apple Prize Bundle worth £3,000
Each entrant must elect at the time of notification of being the winner which prize they wish to receive having been successful in the prize draw.
7. In order to take advantage of the 1 Million Nectar points you must have an active Nectar or Nectar Business card. If the winner chooses the million Nectar points they will be issued within 28 days of the date of the prize draw. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure their Nectar/Nectar Business account details (including contact details) are up to date. Viking will not be responsible for any failure to issue the points as a result of account details being incorrect or incomplete. The 1 Million Nectar point prize draws are also open to UK residents aged 18 or over who do not currently have a Nectar card. 8. The prize is as stated. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternatives will be offered, nor is the prize transferable. Any tax liability arising from the award of the prize will be the responsibility of the recipient.
9. The winner will be drawn at random after the closing date and on or before 15th April 2013. Winners will be notified by telephone or follow-up email or letter within 7 days of the draw.
10. The winner must reply to the prize administrator within 14 days of the initial prize notification. If nothing is heard from the winner within that period, a follow up contact will be made by the prize administrator on or after the 15th day. If any winner has not contacted the prize administrator within this time and the prize administrator has been unable to contact any winner on or after the 15th day, then the prize will be withdrawn and another winner selected at random. This process will be continued until a winner is selected and accepts the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.
11. The winners may be required to participate in reasonable non-paid publicity arising from the promotion, and the winners' names and counties may be publicised.
12. Proof of sending post/e-mail is not proof of our receipt of your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged.
13. The winner's name and county will be made available on request by writing to Keeley Downing, March Prize Draw Winners, UK Marketing Department, Office Depot, 501 Beaumont Leys Lane, Leicester, LE4 2BN enclosing a SAE after the closing date.
14. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry. Please retain a copy for future reference.

16. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

With regards to data protection, the promoter will use personal data for the purposes of administering the prize draw, setting up any activities associated with this prize draw and in accordance with the promoters standard Privacy Policy. This prize draw and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and in the event of dispute for any element of this agreement the matter shall be dealt with by expert determination, such expert to be appointed by the President for the time being of the Law Society of England and Wales.
