Hi all,
We completed a one off cleaning job today and the customer is adament that she left a plug in the sink and the employee is adament the customer didn't. Not a bog standard rubber one either.
Would you pay something towards it like £10 or £20?
Not been the best of days and I can't think logically.

For the sake of goodwill I would offer £10 and an apology. These things happen - things do mysteriously disappear or the customer could be trying it on.0
