How much accrued holiday pay should I receive.

I have worked for 2.25 months in total.
The annual holiday entitlement at work was 20 days + 8 bank holidays, 28 days in total.
I did not take any holiday in this time, nor were there any bank holidays.
I did this calculation:
2.25 (months worked) divided 12 (months in year) x 100 = 18.75%
18.75% (percentage of year worked) x 28 (annual entitlement) divided by 100 = 5.25 (Days I am entitled to be paid for)
Is this correct?

Is this correct?"Some people believe football is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed with that attitude. I can assure you it is much, much more important than that!"0 -
Have you asked the payroll office, they are the ones that can give you the correct breakdown (Do holidays start? Jan - Dec or April - April etc.)Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0

Same as Littlevoice told you last time you asked, I'd assume...Sanctimonious Veggie. GYO-er. Seed Saver. Get in.0

As someone else said best asking payroll but as an idea I am temping and my holiday reset at start of year and next week I'll have just over 5 days worth of holiday pay.
So your calculations do sound correct."It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice." :T0 -
