Calculating holiday entitlement

Hi,
Can you include bank holidays in accrued holiday when you leave/are dismissed fro a job?
I have not taken any holiday at all in the 2 months I worked for my employer but have now left.
I know I am entitled to holiday pay for the equivalent of annual holiday averaged over the 2 months I worked.
My contracts reads. "Holiday: 20 days excluding bank holidays."
Am I allowed to include bank holidays in my accrued holiday?

Assuming you worked there at least 5 days a week, your annual holiday entitlement would have included 8 bank holidays as well as the 20 days mentioned there.
That is the minimum entitlement. For two months work, multiply the time by 12.07% to get the amount of holiday earned. Deduct any holiday taken, includig any bank holidays like at Christmas/New Year.0
