Credit Rating and Google Wallet

in Credit cards
I frequently purchase items on line using one of two credit cards and never without problems. However I have recently attempted to purchase some items from a store who only use Google Wallet, if credit cards are the preferred choice. I duly registered with Google Wallet, provided details of a regularly used credit card from a well known high street bank but when I then went through the purchasing procedure, after two days Google cancelled the transaction.
I checked that my delivery address matched my home address and that the card was current etc. I informed the bank and they confirmed that my card had not been compromised and again attempted to make the purchase through Google Wallet. Again, after two days they cancelled the transaction. I have since completed the purchase from the on-line store through a bankers transfer process.
Will my credit rating have been affected by Google's actions, please. Has anyone else had a similar problem?:j
