My order went through OK.

I think that the signing up and the claiming are two different things.
Basically the signing up page has stopped anymore people from joining for the gift.
For those who have joined in time, you will get an e-mail thanking you for joining their mailing list which also provides you with a direct link to the item in question which is an order form.

P.S. This seems to be a "MAY" offer, so for those who missed out, wait till June.
