    no i think the 2008 is referring to some previous ipod prize draw. Looks like they have not revised their t&c in some time, plus this looks like an overall set of their general t&c. I think this free offer falls under section 18 ".... All 'FREE PRODUCT' offers are limited to one item per uk address unless stated ....."
    I received an e-mail from them yesterday when i made the post and posted it in the wrong section:rolleyes:. They announced this competition in their may newsletter.
