I don't want to go into too much detail but I expressed my opinion about how my employer has handled a situation and I wasn't in agreement with my employer

Oh dear, this doesn't sound good. I suggest you join a union ASAP so they can at least advise you - though they won't represent you for something you did prior to being a member. It might be an idea to ask if you can take some trusted colleague in with you too.

    I've been Money Tipped!
So, you made a public statement criticising your employer? Why did you feel the need to do this?

Have you read the company discipline policy? What does it say will happen?

How about the company conduct policy? Does that mention public statements or bringing the company into disrepute?
    :hello:

Very silly thing to do. We are living in a social network society and there are lots of prying eyes. You will have to face the music im afraid, and a possible sacking. Why do people feel the need to say everything on FB and Twitter???

I was looking for some general advice, not criticism.

In hindsight, I shouldn't of said it.

I'm not being formally disciplined at this stage, its just a meeting to discuss things.
If I get the sack I'll lose everything and be struck off the nursing register...

So you are a nurse? Don't you have a code of conduct. This happens all to often spreading things over social network sites. The only advise I can give is say that your account was hacked.
