fidelity pathfinder

Hi all
Thinking of transferring my current s&s isa (13k)from halifax to fidelity pathfinder.
Will be going for pathfinder 4 ( 80% equity).
the fees are 1.25% amc and 0.84% other fees for them choosing my funds etc etc.(not comfortable picking my own funds.
Basically how does this compare to others?
Will also drip feed £300 a month....long term

Would i be right in assuming if i picked my own portfolio (5 funds) i would have to pay 1.25% amc on EACH of these funds?
And if i choose fidelity pathfinder then i pay 1.25% amc no mater how many funds fidelity manager pick?

    Its the same thing!!!!!!!

1.25% of lots of little holdings is the same as 1.25% of the total.

vanguard lifestrategy 80 - costs only 0.32% thats almots 4 times cheaper

instead of paying £160 or £40 per year - i know what i would prefer an extra £120 a year in my fund

    hope that helps
