Take a survey after every call ....
It seems that every time I call a utility or call centre I am always asked to spend a few more minutes on the phone awarding marks out of 10 for the manner in which the call was dealt.
This is getting really out of hand.
I took a call this evening from NPower (had called earlier to query my bill) - the pleasant girl advised they were contracted by NPower to conduct surveys with customers ....'so is this a convenient time to take the survey?......it will take about 15 minutes'......FIFTEEN MINUTES!!!!
I politely declined - wish I hadn't laughed now.

Dear Blaah Blaah Blaah . Your service and CS is rubbish , if not why do you feel I have to comment .
Good CS attracts no bad reviews therefore if you always provide excellence why do I have to waste 15 minutes on a CS review !
