Negative Feedback left by mistake "on a Mobile"

I've just had a Negative left to me by a German Buyer.
They left the comment in German, so i presumed the worst.
But when i Translated the comment through Babelfish, it meant "very satisfied"!

Needless to say, i contacted the buyer to ask (confirm) did she leave the negative by mistake..... and she said yes and will try to get it removed by Ebay.
She left feedback via her mobile phone, but it somehow mistakenly chose negative.
Seems like this happens a lot!
Why don't Ebay do something about it?

Will that get rid of the actual Negative or will it only remove the comment?
I'm sure my Sister tried to do a revision thingy with a Neutral and only the comment got removed.

Yep, you were right........she changed the Neg to a positive!
