Parking fine received last October, but totally forgot about ...
I received a parking fine last October and after clearing out the house, came across it, which I'd totally forgotten about.
I haven't received any reminders at all about this fine, so what's the chances I've 'got away with it'? Surely, interest couldn't be added without notifying me?
