Affiliate website pushing SpyHunter that requires payment for removal and probably won't remove it all in any case.

Therein lies the problem, Those instructions fail to remove it completely.

This is a bit convoluted and I am not an expert, but I recommend reading through this topic on MajorGeeks if you can follow it

Delta Search is a real pain to remove, I recommend keeping away from internet explorer in the future

Those instructions are specific to that machine only.
