X-o sipp

Would be interested to hear views from anyone that's using the X-O SIPP.

The low annual charge of £95 plus VAT seems very reasonable. So wondered what the overall service was like along with the website.

No responses I see, but depending what you are thinking of putting in your SIPP you may find SippDeal worth a look. Compared to XO the trading charges are higher at £9.95 but there is no annual charge and if you buy funds many of them feature a moderate rebate.

    Thanks for your reply.

Only came across X-O by chance. As Jarvis Securities was highlighted as a potential share investment. Nothing better than investing in the companies that one uses personally in my book.

I use XO for ISA and non-ISA shares as they were the cheapest at the time I was looking, but I believe iWeb are cheaper now.
  • Sorry to Hijack the OP, but does anyone have any feedback on the X-O SIPP.

My current SIPP providers charges are getting very excessive for the amount of trades I'm doing in a year, I've got low 6 figures in my SIPP and work indirectly in the Industry so relatively confident in what I do with my pension, just keen to get forumites views on the platform and XO/Liberty.

When I looked at them I was put off by my interpretation of their T&C which indicates that you cannot hold funds i.e. UTs and OEICs
The X-O Sharedealing SIPP has been designed for ease of use and transparency of costs for those investors who want to take control of their own pension planning. As an execution only product, it is only suitable for those investors who do not require any pension advice. The X-O SIPP is tailored for online dealing in stocks and shares only.
