Balance Transfer from M&S to Barclays or Halifax?

I've got £5000 on M&S credit card which was a 0% for 18 months deal expiring end of this month. My credit rating is 4/5 on noddle and i've been late on payments just once in last 6 years even that was a mistake of bank and i've never paid any interest on CC purchases. I've also got tesco credit card which i always pay in full.

Shall i go for Barclays or Halifax 25 months, who is more likely to give me good credit limit?
