Could someone point me to a step by step guide on how to connect digital camera to pc. So far have inserted CD-Rom,connected camera to pc via USB, turned camera on, clicked add hardware icon in my computer and that is as far as I can get. Not very good at all with technical stuff any help would be great. Thanks.

Hi Mr Pig.
Go to your control panel and click on add and remove and see if you have installed it properly. You can also click on 'scanners and cameras' and see if it's there. If not, you will have to re-install it.

My camera shows up as a removable drive. You can check if yours does. Double click my computer and check if it's one of the drives. The camera should be plugged in and on.
