For the sheer embuggarance factor, I would do as Debt Doctor suggests.....simply because you can.
And..keep on doing it, with a complaint every time one receives such communications.....I'm sure the FOS will enjoy receiving revenue to offset their own budgets? No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0 -

If the OP actually wants the letters to stop it is simple, phone the OR - in effect they are sending letters to the OR at your address.
The OP was not a financial entity when BK and when the Santander monies were entered into the BK, then their debtor became the OR, not the OP.
I went BK in 1991, in 2007 some joker from a Scottish based debt collection agency had the cheek to send me a letter sayng they had bought my debt and wanted paying.
Immediately I telephoned my OR.
The OR was none too impressed with the debt collectors, took the details and in a voice which you could not misunderstand assured me I would never hear from said debt collectors again... in fact the words were "When they hear from us they tend to be quiet and go away, well, if they have any sense"
One Scottish debt collection agency cured, never heard another peep out of them.
So if I were the OP I'd ring the OR and tell them they are being harassed via the OP and can they please sort it out pronto.I am not offering advice, at most I describe what I've experienced. My advice is always the same; Talk to a professional face to face.
Debt - None of any type: Bank or any other accounts? - None: Anything in my name? No. Am I being buried in my wife's name... probably
