Hi,
I am on Virgin braodband & Sky tv,
I want to connect my sky anytime through a network homeplug,
Is this possible & if so which plugs are the best to go for,
My router is the other side of the house & I didn't want cable running through the house,
Many thanks

You need a pair of Homeplugs, one at each end. Any Homeplugs of 200MBps rating or higher will do the job, the TP-Link ones are usually good value. No free lunch, and no free laptop

I've got a pair of plugs that are quite old(only 85Mbps) and they work absolutely fine. nor problems with downloading or viewing and no trailing wires.0

Thanks for all your replies,
I will go for the TP Link ones, they seem to have the best results from looking on google,
Many thanks again0 -
I also use 85mps homeplugs and have 4 connected round the house. I have my main PC and 2 Sky + HD boxes connected using homeplugs and have had no issues.
My only limiting factor for streaming or downloading movies was my broadband. Since moving to Virgin for broadband I have no issues.0 -
Nothing wrong with the old 85Mbps ones, but that standard is effectively obsolete now, all new ones are 200 or 500Mbps.No free lunch, and no free laptop
