With time, lots of sweat, effort and more sweat, and more sweat you can address this. If its grassed kill this off / lift depending what you want to spend / how quickly you want to see results. Rotavate, add sharp sand / organic matter, rotavate again / repeat this to improve. Clay soil is normally very good for growing once you work the soil.
You'll want to hire / invest in a Rotavator or get someone in that has a good one.0 -
