Linking Ebay Account to Paypal....a bit confused.

I'm currently scheduling some listings and have just tried to list an ordinary supermarket brand childs jacket on my business account.

Ebay have flagged it as a top brand and want me to confirm my ID and/or link my ebay to paypal.

The thing is I think I have already done this ages ago. As in the two credits of a few pence going into my bank, which I had to confirm etc. Plus my Paypal is showing as verified.

It wants me to click the 'link my account' button...but there isn't one to click.

I have no problems transferring money to my bank account and payments from customer are going through ok. So I'm a bit confused as to whats going on.

Can anyone help me please?

I've found a link in Paypal to link it to my ebay account.

Which it doesn't look like it is, as the box says -
'You have no auction accounts registered with PayPal'
and then underneath is an add button.

I need to click this to link it?

Well I've clicked it and linked my Paypal account to my Ebay account..........and it still won't let me list it!

Does it take a while for the 'linking' too happen?

I did suss it out in the end.....

The email address on my Ebay account was different from my Paypal one....I have no idea why. And it never caused any problem receiving Paypal payment.

Anyway - I just removed the link and put the right one in. All the bank account stuff I had done ages ago.

And since then I've been able to list my 'top brand supermarket label' :rotfl: with no problems.
