    The coe yourwedding website should tell you the current fees.
  • I've had a reply about the cost's, this is what was said;

    The fee for the service is £381, plus £34 for the reading of the banns. In addition there is the oranists fee of £120, the verger £25, £35 towards flowers and £160 to cover heating lighting, employers NI and contibutions to wear and tear on the organ and bells.

    Not sure if I'm completely happy with the £160 contributions, but what can I do, I want to get married in that church!!!
    hi :D

    ours is 579 for bells, heating, paperwork, banns, organ. when i asked the vicar for a cost in October last year he mention 450, but there might be a small increase this year. Not sure 179 is small lol!

    We're planning on getting married in a Unitarian church but haven't had chance to speak to them yet. Does anyone know approximately what their fees are? I'm hoping they're similar or cheaper than coe

    Don't know which area you're in but Stalybridge charges £400

    Try Googling for your own place.

    That's exactly what I'm after, we're hoping for Dukinfield Old Chapel but they don't mention fees on that page. Stalybridge is round the corner so should be similar (I hope).

    Thanks
