Uninstall Zonealarm Wireless Firewall

Dear All

I had a trial for Zonealarm wireless firewall and cannot seem to uninstall it so that I can download another firewall.

I'm absolutely useless with this sort of thing and have looked everywhere that I can think of. First port of call was the set programe access and default and I thought if I uninstalled it there that would be the end of it but trying to download another firewall from Zonealarm they tell me I still have it on my system.

Any ideas on where this little mite is hidden?

It'll be in your Registry. I'd do a little research if you've not been in there before:)

it should be removed form Control Panel , Add/Remove programs

if not there then there should be an uninstall program in the same directory as Zonealarm that should do it

This comes from the help file supplied with ZoneAlarm:



To uninstall Zone Labs security software:

1. Select Start|Programs.
   
2. Select Zone Labs|Uninstall.
   The Uninstallation program begins.
