https://www.londontransport.co.uk has the answer to that and many other useful questions! The journey planner's on the home page - top right - and states the time for any journey.

It looks as though Tolworth is a new Travelodge, it shows up as "Tolworth now open" on the homepage, maybe they are doing the £10 as an opening promo, I do not know how far it is from Central London, website says

    By Train
Tolworth has a mainline station for Waterloo.
Tolworth station, is less than 5min walk from Tolworth Travelodge, and will be clearly visible from the station. We are in the North Wing. (Behind Marks & Spencer)

So for £10 a night may be a good base for a London weekend
  • Here is a section I took from the Travelodge website:
    Tennertastic FAQs

    What is a Tennertastic offer?

Travelodge is offering 30,000 of its rooms for the fantastic price of only £10.

    When can I book?

    Book from 16th April - 20th April for stays from 17th April - 26th May 2005

    How do I book?

Click on the Tennertastic pink button from the homepage for full details or proceed directly to Find a Lodge. Select the hotel you would like to stay at and search for availability. Once you have chosen the dates for your stay, make your booking by entering your details and credit/debit card numbers. Your booking confirmation email will be sent within minutes.

    Can I book by phone?

No, the Tennertastic offer is only available online

What if there is no availability?

If you don't find a £10 room at the hotel you would like on the dates you would like they may well have sold out, in which case a message will appear to let you know. Please try another hotel or another date using the one day/week earlier, one day/week later buttons at step 2 on the booking pages.

What if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the Tennertastic offer, we are not able to cancel or amend bookings or provide refunds. Your credit/debit card will be debited automatically when you make a booking.

When are the £10 rates available?

This varies by hotel, but generally between 17th April - 26th May 2005.

Can I book a Tennertastic room and a standard rate room night at the same hotel?

If you are booking a pre-pay room (offer room) and a standard rate room, which is guarantee only, this will have to be done in two separate transactions. Other room rates are subject to different terms and conditions, please see below for details.
