Leftover Kingspan insulation

Hi, we recently had a loft conversion done to turn the loft into a usable room, also leaving some of the loft untouched for storage. We are left with a few sheets and offcuts of the kingspan insulation and I was wondering what to do with it.
would it be beneficial to cut it to size and start fitting it onto the underside of the roof? would this make any difference or would it just be a complete waste of time?
Thanks

Very useful stuff, don't chuck it. I was given a load some years ago and use it as exterior window insulation.0

The loft is designed to be cold so don't start putting it on the underside of the roof.0

you could make a wee box around your hot water cylinder with it, until you think of a proper use for it!This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Listen to this, it is crucial that you don't do what you are suggesting, the loft has to remain a cold space, (the non habitable part that is).
Line the back of the vertical dwarf walls would be my best advice.;);)
Failing that it is strong enough to simply place over joists in lightweight storage areasI like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)
Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed0 -
Will take your advice, thanks.
just seems a waste!, Might stick it on ebay.....0 -
Decided to put it between the joists, under the floorboards at groundfloor level....0
