    I'd try for a fiver a week by standing order. He sounds willing and it probably wouldn't hit him too hard. It would take ages but serve as a little savings pot for you. Better than completely falling out over it.

  • Why don't you have a read on the small claims process, you will see all of the steps that you must take, and to be honest there is nothing more to it than that. You simply have to be ready to provide strict proof, when he puts you to this.
