Does it completely die like there's no power? Have you tried a system restore to an earlier date than the Norton problems you had?0

It just switched itself off, I brought the laptop and Norton at the same time, when new... so was never without until recently Norton. This was a system refresh I did which seemed to be different to the old system restore it didn't ask for restore date like system restore...0

Maybe try a system refresh first, don't sound too good if it just completely powers off but its still covered by the warranty as only bought in November?

Sorry, didn't notice you did this already, call the seller and see what they can do.0 -
Brought it from Currys/Blacks, after the Norton problems I don't have much faith in them.0
