Brilliant, after what the judge said, someone at Santander should be explaining themselves. I can't believe they would attempt to throw a family on the street after a 7 day delay - contemptible. Did you ask athe judge about the bailiff charges? Can you write a complaint letter?

Absolutely well done for standing up for yourself!

Not only have you saved your home, you have dealt a blow to the biggies, and your very action has probably inspired a thousand others lurking on here, to not be afraid of the prospect of having your day in Court.

The spectre of the Spanish Armada looms dreadfully in Santander's lair tonite?

It’s results like this that make contributing so worthwhile. I am so relieved the little info (and encouragement) that DD and others were able to provide proved enough.

Telling the Judge that Santander were being “seriously unfair” was the perfect thing to say. The judicial system should be about fairness. If you give the court the right information they invariably will come to the right (fair) decision.

The bollocking that Santander got was priceless, bet you enjoyed that moment. Thank you so much for coming back and sharing it with us.

Your husband is a very lucky man indeed. I think he owes you a treat!
  • I too want to add my sincere congratulations to you - what a wonderful result for you and your family. :j

Debt Doctor and Mouse have been superstars in my opinion
