Pay off debt (any that are paying interest over 0% deals). Don't keep any CC balances unless they are on O%. keep your CC's but try not to out any more on them than you can pay off in a month.

Open cash ISAs this year and next for you and the OH.

Put the rest in instant access at the highest rate poss.
