Competition prize is an ABI Vista Platinum 28ft x 10ft, 2 bedroom new caravan holiday home. | The
winners holiday home will sited at Fallbarrow Holiday Park where a specific base will be offered for the
siting of the holiday home complete with a 10 year licence. | Use of the holiday home will be for ten years
from 1st March 2014 to 14th January 2024 subject to conditions being met. | Prize includes one years site
fees for the 2014 season (1st March 2014 to 14th January 2015) worth up to £3666. | The prize also
includes for one year local rates, insurance, gas and electric and one drain down for winter. Gas and
electric will be monitored for fair usage. | After year one the winner is responsible for payment of all
running costs including site fees, rates, insurance, gas, electric, drain down for winner and any
maintenance or repairs until ten year licence term end. Cost of which are subject to annual review. | If
after the first free year the winner chooses not to pay running costs then the winner will walk away from
the prize and forfeit the remaining 9 years use. | The winner can use the holiday home for holiday
occupancy for 46 weeks of the year. Max consecutive stay 8 weeks at any one time. | The winner must
agree to all publicity requirements |At the end of the 10 year licence period the holiday home will be
handed back to South Lakeland Parks Ltd. | The winner cannot sub‐let, sell, relocate, remove or transfer
ownership of the holiday home. | No cash alternative will be offered or an alternative prize. | Entrants
must be over the age of 21 and may not already be a holiday home owner or employee of South Lakeland
Parks. | Park rules and the park licence terms and conditions of ownership apply. | Prize is for holiday
home use and can’t be used for residential use. | The prize includes free access to the complex and leisure
facilities for up to six people whose names must be declared. Usage for friends and family only. | This offer
can be terminated at any time by South Lakeland Parks at our discretion. | No legal title of ownership will
pass with use of holiday home. | Should an ABI Vista Platinum not be available a suitable alternative will
be offered. | By entering the competition you will be automatically opting in to receiving our marketing
material | By entering this competition, entrants are agreeing to partake in future company promotional
materials should they be successful. The winners will be expected to take part in post‐competition
publicity arranged by the company. This will include photography inside and outside of the holiday
home, which will be used to promote South Lakeland Parks across various media including newspapers,
magazines, websites and on social media. ‘All images shown are for representative purposes only.’

That makes the prize seriously suckish.... Hmm....why would people offer a prize with such a huge, expensive catch?? Regretting signing up, but if I didn't accept the prize (if I did win) would i have to pay anything?

you could rent it out for rest of year when your not using it. they somtime sort that out for you for a fee.but you would make money for sure

comp is no longer on the site which is strange as it dont end till sept 31st according to T&C's though when september got 31 days ive no idea lol
