27 The amount of debt to be repaid. This will reduce each week if you add enough credit to your meter

Hoever, you will only be paying that back if there is a value on screens 25 and 26 - what does this say?

What are the circumstances? Have you just moved in? Have you told your supplier? Have they given you a new card?
