Electricity meter problem

Our meter seems to have developed a problem the hundreds column seems to have stuck between two numbers as in 200 and 300. the tens and units seem to be fine. am I responsible for the cost of replacing this and who would I contact to replace it?

    Not your responsibility to change it (it isn't your property), contact yout electricity supplier and report it to them
