Sports Direct - Bought Online, Return In Store?

Does anyone know if I can return an item I bought online from Sports Direct, in the store instead of posting it back?

You should be able to, for exchange, but if you want a refund you have to post it back.

I do want an exchange, but then I wonder what if the store doesn't have that item to exchange it? Then given why I want to return it I'm not sure I trust the online lot to get anything right if I send it back there.

    Can't decide which to do!

Ring the store to see if they have it?
One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.

Thanks - why did I not think of that! Anyhoo our nearest store don't have it, so it's going to be to the post office for me.

They'd better refund me all this postage as well, very much doubt they will though. I foresee angry emails in my future.

It depends on the reason for returning. If it's faulty then you will be entitled to your postage costs back. If it's a change of mind then you are entitled to the original postage charge, but probably not the cost of returning

They say they will refund your initial postage for orders returned under DSR (which this one may be ?), so hopefully no angry emails needed :

Thanks - it's faulty. I wasn't sure whether I would be entitled to the postage of them sending it to me, or of me sending it back as well as that. Either way I intend to get both sets of postage if there's any way I possibly can!
  • Let me know how you get on, i need to do the same

    thanks
