Hello
I have had big problems with BT fixing a fault, basically they took 2 weeks, dug up my drive in the wrong place, lied about when they were coming, etc :mad:
I need some help to find who and where to complain to - I don't just want a 'customer service manager' to get a letter! Someone important who might actually do something about it would be best.
If anyone knows an address to write to please let me know.

your welcome,he has helped me out twice
after i sent an email,he sent one back saying that he would get the high level complaints dept to look into it,and sure enough the next day i had a phone call from a nice lady who sorted my problems out ,also she credited my account,well done bt :beer:saving 50p a day

yep - worked for me too. I got his email address from here and after 6 months of no broadband and dreadful customer service, the fault was fixed within 24 hours and I got a big credit on to my account.
