British gas need some more operators.
I just want to tell them I can't give them the meter reading they asked for as I have not had a meter installed yet.
They should know this. Their operative came to install one and couldn't because there is asbestos in the meter cupboard.
Perhaps he kept this to himself.
Now they want a reading or will give me an estimated bill.
Which i won't pay of course so I look forward to more "wait times" in future attempts to contact a human being who works for them.
Sorry. Just a rant really.
