Two home page tabs

in Techie Stuff
Each time I start my laptop and click the Chrome icon, my (google) home page appears but two tabs arrive along the top. One is white (active) the other greyed out.

Sounds like you have set it to startup with specific pages open and put your home page in twice. See settings / on startup0
